Texas Snow Day

The talk all week at school was about an impending snow storm here. It was actually pretty cold for 3 or 4 days (in the 20's). And though this is nothing by our Minnesota standards, is was colder than it had been in Austin for nearly 20 years. As you can imagine people were freaking out.
And it actually did snow on Thursday night. I woke up to an emergency text from the school stating that they would be shut down all day. So here are some photos of the blizzard of '11.



Chelsea was momentarily trapped in a snowbank.

I took the opportunity to stay home all day with my Evil Baby, and it was lovely.
