We have been soup crazy around here. In the last two weeks Brittany, Chelsea, and I have made Greek Lemon Chicken Soup, Curry Carrot Soup, Sausage and Garbanzo Bean Soup, and Swedish Pea Soup. Here are the ingredients for the Pea Soup (that's a pig's foot I believe), the peas actually came from Ikea. Chelsea wanted to make this soup because she had it in Sweden before when she went to visit her dad's parents.
