I'm Back...

Hi all! I am here is Baltimore, safe and sound. And I even survived my first day of work today. This is going to be very interesting. Mom and Andria, sorry I have not had a chance to call you guys back. Hopefully I will have time to do that tomorrow. Today I spent all day working- and then spent the evening eating and getting to know my host family. Here's a little taste...

For dinner John and Angie (my host parents you might say), and their daughter Meghan took me to dinner at The Tap Room, a crab house in historic Chesapeake City, Maryland.

It was AMAZING! We started with some fresh caught oysters and crab soup.

But then came the real deal----- the Maryland Crabs!!!!

Gorgeous. And fresh too....

I had to get a refresher lesson in dismantling them, but I got the hang of it.

Okay, gotta hit the sack. I am exhausted. I will have more pics tomorrow (including some good stuff from the Jo-fam weekend), and hopefully I will be able to call y'all too. Bye, now.
