Springtime in Texas

The Magnolias in the courtyard outside my window are in bloom:


This is exactly why I moved to Texas. And I am certainly happy I did!

Wow - so beautiful! I hope my little magnolia tree, which is currently in stick form, morphs into something like this.

Pretty!

This was what southern California was like -- although your magnolias are even a little bit ahead, I think. I had forgotten that people live this way year-round. Don't get too soft now.
